I think a great way to evaluate yourself as an employee is to predict what round you would be taken in if your department had a fantasy draft. I would like to think I would be a late first or early second rounder. I have the skills and work ethic...but my lack of experience will keep some of the supervisors from taking me as a lottery pick.
